Greycon has four products:

X-Trim is the paper and film industry leading trim optimisation software. X-Trim optimises simple and complex problems with advanced optimisation techniques adapted to single- and multi-site environments. X-Trim has a certified interface to SAP's APO system.

opt-Studio™ (Optimisation Studio) seamlessly combines Greycon’s world-class trim optimisation expertise with the capability to generate optimised block schedules. A single desktop, with a unified, sleek and powerful user interface, provides all the necessary fine planning functionality for the industry.

S-Plan is the most sophisticated finite capacity scheduling engine designed for the detailed scheduling requirements of primary continuous processes and finishing operations. In addition to the scheduling optimisation components, it provides the capacity to promise tool for customer services.

GreyconMill is a new-generation, industry-specific Manufacturing Execution System. The system allows a Paper or Plastic Film company to control and monitor operations in the plant with a state-of-the-art user interface and is fully integrated to the Greycon Suite of Advanced Planning and Scheduling products: opt-Studio, S-Plan and X-Trim.
