A Swedish company with a wide international background in pulp and paper. Supplier of MES systems built on a standard system core, common for all implementations, with a client and interface layer adaptable to individual site needs. The adaptations are moved to new versions of the standard system. Applications cover interfaces to order entry systems, advanced planning systems (Greycon), PLC- and instrument-type interfaces, basic warehousing, EDI to external partners, apart from the clients that support every work station in a mill. Everything needed for efficient administration of the paper/board production process.
The standardised nature of the system allows for a minimal installation effort, we usually do not expect a long preimplementation study period. Our extensive experience of the industry means that one of our senior consultants, in only a few days can assess and specify any larger issues (typically external system integration issues). The minor issues (details of client design) are resolved in the testing and implementation phase.
The technology is pure .NET from Microsoft, database layer supports SQL Server or Oracle.
