Employee Share Ownership

Greycon is pleased to announce a material change to its share ownership, with the acquisition of a significant stake from the estate of Alex Dimitriadis, one of Greycon’s founders who passed away in 1998. The shares have been acquired by the Greycon Employee Benefits Trust, and will be available to employees , so they can share in the success of the company.
