Trim Advisor
The Trim Advisor optional module provides a look ahead that allows customers to take proactive measures to improve production efficiencies and minimise wastage. Running automatically and in the background, it evaluates all future runs and identifies suitable additional orders that will improve trim efficiency. This new module can be used in conjunction with either S-Plan’s Campaign Manager or with D-Opt.
Capacity-to-Promise (CTP)
The Capacity-to-Promise optional module integrates D-Opt block-scheduling functionality to the customer’s sales and order entry process. The system, providing sub-second response times, makes intelligent trade-offs taking into account machine-specific production and shipping costs.
