Abder Guezour - Regional Manager EMEA
Abder has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Durham Business School. Abder started his career as a Project Manager with Alcatel in France in 1998 before joining Greycon in October 1999.
During his time at Greycon Abder has worked as an Implementation Consultant, Project Manager and Pre-Sales Consultant, contributing to the successful delivery of a number of projects and building an excellent relationship with our customers.
Following his success as EMEA Professional services Manager, Abder accepted the role of Regional Manager EMEA, with responsibility for Professional Services and Sales, in July 2007.
Mark Troncale - Regional Manager North America
Mark Troncale serves as Regional Manager for Greycon North America, and has been with the Company since 2001. In his career with Greycon, he has been directly involved in implementation projects, account management, business development, partner management, and all aspects of regional operations.
Prior to joining Greycon, Mark spent over 17 years in the industrial distribution industry as a professional involved in supply chain management, product management, business process improvement, and strategic management. His educational background includes a BSc in Marketing from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from Samford University.
Marcos Arocena - Regional Manager Latin America
Marcos is Industrial Mechanical Engineer who for 15 years gained Management and Manufacturing experience working in the textile industry, first as Plant Manager of a Wool Combing Mill in Trinidad, Uruguay, and then as General Manager of a similar mill in Charleston, SC, USA.
Marcos has been working for Greycon since 2000 in Consultancy, Sales and Project Management.
In 2004 Marcos became Regional Manager of Greycon Latin America (GLA) a new company located in Montevideo, Uruguay. GLA provides software development, implementation and support services to Greycon customers worldwide.
Mark Korby - Regional Manager Asia-Pacific
Mark serves as Regional Manager for Greycon Asia-Pacific, and has been with Greycon since 1999. During this time he has held a number of positions in implementation and project management, as well as managing the global consulting and professional services group.
Prior to joining Greycon, Mark spent 6 years at Westvaco as a member of the process control and mill-wide information systems department for the Kraft Division in Charleston, SC, and before that, he spent 4 years with the pulp and paper applied technology group at H.A. Simons in Vancouver, B.C.
Mark has an MBA from the University of South Carolina with a dual concentration in Management Information Systems and Operations Management. He is based in Vancouver, B.C.
